Women's self defence classes are done for 2024.
 
Please subscribe to get on our mailing list and don't miss out on the next defence class! If we get 10+ women wanting or showing an interest for another class before June 2025,  we can arrange one before then.  Please write us and we will keep names and emails on a waiting list.  We will be able to contact you if we are able to host another one before then.  Thanks for your support and look forward to the next one!

We can support up to 20 ladies easily, maybe more.  We offer this to small groups or just the general public.  

These classes will be during the evenings @ 6:45pm - 8:45pm. If you are unable to make a session, it's okay.  Each session will not depend on a previous one.

Classes are for ages 13+ unless you are accompanied by an adult.  Wear comfortable clothing.

We are located at 398 Salisbury Rd, Moncton, NB, Uplands Baptist Church in the basement. Get signed up today!

Costs would be $50 per person, and $25 each for your daughter(s) if she comes with you, or $100/hour for each 12 person group if you are scheduled by an organisation.
